Veg Pulao

This is a dish that is healthy with all the right vitamins, nutrients and minerals.

Ingredients

1. 3 tsp oil
2. 1 tsp jeera / cumin
3. 1 inch cinnamon
4. 1 bay leaf
5. 3 cloves
6. ½ tsp pepper
7. One  onion, sliced
8. 2 chili, slit
9. one carrot, sliced
10. 2 tbsp beans
11. One  capsicum, sliced
12. 7 florets cauliflower
13. 2 tbsp peas
14. 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
15. 2 tbsp water
16. 1 tsp salt
17. ½ tsp garam masala
18. 2 cup cooked rice
19. 10 cubes paneer

Directions

1. Firstly, in a kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute spices until it turns aromatic.
2. Add  onion,  chili .sauté well until the onions turn golden brown.
3. Further add all vegetable
4. Sauté for a minutes and add 2 tbsp water, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp garam masala. mix well.
5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, until vegetables are cooked well.
6. Further add 2 cup cooked rice, ½ tsp salt and mix gently.
7. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
8. Enjoy  hot vegetable  pulao.
