1. How SHIKHA Diet works?

At SHIKHA Diet, Nature is always first. It is our foremost endeavor to achieve our goals by strengthening the body’s own mechanism. Our diet program purely works on the basis of balanced healthy food and nutrition. We do not recommend any medicine, pills, crash diet, fasting or food supplements, as none can replace the food that mother earth blessed us.

SHIKHA Diet provides all five meals a day including morning tea (hot drink), breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner to all our clients! In fact, we give so much to eat that sometimes our clients ask us to skip meals from the diet program. We also believe in the philosophy of ‘MANAGING WEIGHT BY EATING’

All diet plans of SHIKHA Diet are customized as per the specific needs of every person and which depends on his/her eating habits, medical history, body analysis and lifestyle which will be considered while providing you with your weekly diets plans!

2. What can I expect and how much will I lose?

The human body can safely lose up to 2-4 kilos a month and we prefer to do it the right way, the holistic way and in a way that is safe for your body, a way where the weight you lose will stay off and not come back once you stop the program. But the real results will simply depend upon your lifestyle and your commitment to follow our diet plan to reach the goals.

3. Why SHIKHA Diet not in favor of Crash Dieting?

While a very low-calorie diet may help you lose weight fast, a lot of the weight you lose may come from muscle and water not from losing fat. Moreover, with crash dieting, you sacrifice your nutritional requirement, which will result in overall deterrence of your health. Losing weight too fast may slow down your metabolism and you will gain weight very fast as soon as you return to your normal diet.

4. What should I do to get better results?

Positive thinking and discarding negativity is a must. Stay motivated. Continuity is the key to success. In addition, you must increase your physical activity. The activity can be a walk, brisk walk, cycling, jogging, cardio, gyming, skipping, yoga, swimming or anything else.

5. Is exercise must for weight loss?

By following Shikha Diet, you can lose weight even if you do not exercise. Weight loss is 80% eating and 20% physical exercise. But the combination of diet and exercise is best in any case.

6. Can I Lose Weight if I have physical difficulties?

There are many people with health and physical difficulties who can’t exercise in the traditional way. For those people, Shikha Diet, assure that they can still lose weight. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% physical exercise.

No, by any diet plan, one cannot target a certain part of the body and lose fat there only. Your body burns fat proportionately from wherever the fat is.

7. What if I have some medical condition or taking some medication?

It is always advised that you consult your doctor before any diet program you wish to endeavor upon.

8. How do I know if am making good progress?

At SHIKHA Diet, more focus is on FAT loss, not just on weight loss. When the body fat decreases, you automatically lose weight. Do not just depend on the weight scale! If you are losing inches on your waist, your clothes fit more loosely and you are feeling lighter, energetic and fresh than ever, you are on the right track. Your body is getting in the shape you have longed for.

9. Can SHIKHA Diet provide a trial/sample diet plan?

At SHIKHA Diet, all diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual requirements, medical history, body analysis, and lifestyle. Therefore we don’t provide you any sample diet plan.

10. How will I get my diet plans?

With SHIKHA Diet we give our consultations and plans directly through telephone and e-mail/WhatsApp, by that we are able to provide the same standard of services to all our customers across the globe. You will get your Diet plan over your e-mail/WhatsApp number.

11. What about my doubts/queries?

You may WhatsApp your doubts/queries to us. We would love to respond ASAP.

No, the results depend entirely on your body’s metabolism, your medical history, lifestyle, physical activity and your commitment to follow the diet plan.

14. Can the program be put on hold?

Yes, you can put your subscription on hold at any time and continue at any time later. You just need to let us know in advance.

15. When will I have to make the payment?

Looking at the nature of our services, you will have to make the payment in advance only through Bank/Paytm!
