2. 1 Apple (chopped)
3. 1 tsp Flaxseeds powder
4. 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
5. Stevia powder
Instructions
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over it.
3. Drink Fresh, may add three ice cubes to chill and drink.
