Almond Milk

It’s the perfect substitute for people with lactose intolerance. This is super easy and delicious almond milk recipe.

Ingredients

1. 1 cup raw almonds ( soaked overnight)
2. 1 litre water
3. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make

1. Peel the overnight soaked almonds and put them in a blender.
2. Add 4 cups (1 litre) water and vanilla extract to it.
3. Blend completely until smooth.
4. Strain it through a cottage cheese bag or nut-milk bag to make it smooth.
5. Pour in into a container.
6. Enjoy! ( may store in refrigerator upto 4 days)
