Black Masoor Dal Cheela

Black masoor dal is loaded with dietary fibre and iron. Contain good amount of proteins.

1. Black masoor dal- 1/4 Cup
2. Ginger Piece- 1 1/2 Inch
3. Garlic Cloves_2
4. Green Chilly- 1
5. Salt- 1/2 tsp
6. Red Chilly- 1/4 tsp
7. Oil- 1 tsp


1. Soak black masoor dal in 3 cups of water for about half an hour.
2. Drain and grind with ginger, garlic, onion green chilies and Catch table salt to a smooth batter.
3. Add red chilli powder and Mix well.
4. Heat a tawa and grease it. Spread the batter in a disc
5. Cook on medium heat.
6. Cook the other side too and spread some green chutney over the cheela.
7. Serve hot.
