Ingredients
1. Boiled Rajma, 1/2 cup
2. Chopped Onion, 1 medium
3. Chopped Tomatoes, 1 big
4. Chopped Capsicum, 1 small
5. Chopped Garlic, 2 tsp
6. Green Chilli, 1-2
7. Roasted Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil, 1 tsp
Directions
1. Heat the oil in broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
2. Add the onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
3. Add the tomatoes and 2 tbsp water and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
4. Add the capsicum, rajma, chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, salt and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
5. Add coriander for garnishing.
