Broccoli soup

Enjoy many health benefits from broccoli soup

Ingredients

1. 1 cup broccoli florets, cleaned and washed
2. 6 – 7 almonds – soaked and peeled
3. 2 tbsp chopped onion
4. 2 cloves garlic
5. 1 tsp A2 organic cow ghee or cold pressed virgin coconut oil
6. ¼ tsp black pepper
7. Black salt to taste

Method:

Heat the ghee or coconut oil in a pressure cooker on a slow flame. Add onions and garlic. Slightly sauté. Add 1 cup water, salt, almonds, and broccoli. Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Once it cools. Blends it. Slightly warm, add black pepper. Squeeze a few drops of lemon before consuming.
