Ingredients

1. Grated Carrot 20 gram
2. Skimmed Milk 100 mL
3. Ghee ½ Teaspoon
4. Almond powder 1 Teaspoon
5. Stevia 1 sachet
6. Cardamom Powder 5 gram

Directions

1. In Hot Pan Add Cow’s Ghee.
2. Add Grated Carrot and Sauté it till soft.
3. Add skimmed Milk and let it boil.
4. Mix well till the mixture thickens.
5. Add Stevia Powder.
6. Add Almond Powder.
7. And then add cardamom powder.
8. Stir well until the mixture becomes creamy.
9. Serve cold.
