Clear Soup

Vegetables are rich in nutrients and vitamins, so eating vegetable soups is considered to be a healthy diet.


1. 2 tbsp chopped carrot
2. 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower
3. 2 tbsp chopped cabbage
4. One tbsp chopped tomatoes
5. 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
6. One tsp chopped ginger and chilliies
7. Salt and black papper to taste
8. Coriander and one tsp lemon juice


Heat the oil and add ginger- chillies for few sec. add all vegetable and sauté on a medium flame for 2-3 min. add one glass of hot water, salt and pepper. cook on medium flam for 3-4 min. Remove from flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves .serve immediately
