Ingredients
1. Parboiled Long Sweet Potato Slices- 2
2. Olive Oil- 1 tsp
3. Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
4. Chilli powder- 3/4 tsp
5. Stevia- 1 Sachet
Directions
1. Heat ½ tsp olive oil in a grill pan and arrange 2 sweet potato slices and cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till it becomes light brown in colour.
2. Repeat step 1 to make one more batch of the the grilled sweet potato slices.
3. Arrange these slices on a serving plate and pour the prepared dressing evenly all over it.
4. Serve immediately.
