Ingredients

1. Tofu, 150 grams
2. Lemon juice
3. Olive oil, 1 tsp
4. Garlic, 2 cloves
5. Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Slice the tofu in thick slabs
2. Mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and the tofu with the marinade. Cover the plate with plastic wrap, and marinate tofu in the refrigerator for 2 hour or overnight.
3. Heat the pan and grill the tofu till turns golden brown.
