1. Oats flour: 40 grams
2. Flaxseed powder: 1/2 tsp
3. Olive oil: 2 tsp
4. Fennel seeds: 1/2 tsp
5. Pink Himalayan salt to taste: 1/6 tsp


1. Take oat flour, flaxseed powder, pink Himalayan salt, fennel seeds, and chopped green chillies in a mixing bowl.
2. Add sufficient water to get a batter of free flowing consistency.
3. Take a ladle full of this batter mixture and spread thinly on a ceramic pan greased with a few drops of olive oil.
4. Cook the pancake on both sides until golden brown. Serve with fresh mint chutney.
