Jowar - Oats Pancake


1. 1/2 Cup Jowar Flour
2. 1/2 Cup Oats Powder
3. 1/4 Cup Low fat Milk
4. 3/4 Cup Water
5. Cold Press virgin Coconut oil or Cow Ghee: 1 tsp
6. 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
7. Rock Salt- To Taste
8. 1/2 Tsp Baking Powderp


1. Mix well jowar and oats flours. Add water and low fat milk, salt and make a smooth batter without any lumps. Add Vanilla extract and baking powder.
2. Heat a nonstick pan and pour a laddle of batter and spread. Cook the pan cake with Coconut oil or Ghee on medium heat.
3. Once done, flip and cook the other side.
4. Cook the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
5. Serve Hot with little Honey.
