1. 1/4 cup Red Onion diced
2. 1/4 cup tomato diced
3. 1 green chili optional
4. 1 tbsp Cilantro leaves
5. 1 tsp Lemon juice
6. 1/4 tsp Black salt (Kala namak)
7. 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder or another mild red chili powder
8. 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder or another mild red chili powder
9. 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
10. Salt to taste

Directions

1. Onion chopped 50 g
2. Tomato chopped 50 g
3. Green chili chopped 1
4. Mint leaves chopped 1 Tablespoon
5. Cilantro leaves chopped 1 Tablespoon
6. Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
7. Black salt to taste
8. Red chili powder 1/4th Teaspoon
9. Chaat Masala 1 Teaspoon
10. Amchur 1/2 Teaspoon
11. Salt to taste
12. Boiled kala chana 1 Cup
