Ingredients
1 cup chopped bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
2. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
3. 1 garlic clove , chopped(Optional)
4. Rock Salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pressure cooker along with 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
2.Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
3. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
4.Transfer the contents in serving bowls and serve hot.
