Ingredients
1. 1 cup Berries
2. ½ cup Almond Milk or low fat yoghurt.
3. 1 tsp Chia Seeds
4. May add stevia to taste.
Directions
1. Soak Chia seeds for an hour.
2. Put Berries and Almond Milk or Yoghurt in a blender and blend till smooth.
3. Add Soaked Chia seeds.
4. May add stevia to taste.
5. May add chilled water or ice.
