Oats apple almond milk smoothie

Ingredients

1. 1 small apple, peeled and cored
2. 1/4 cup rolled oats
3. Pinch of ground cinnamon
4. Pinch of cardamom
5. 1/8 tsp vanilla (optional)
6. 1/3 cup almond milk
7. Ice

Directions

1. Blend all together in a blender till smooth.
2. Add chilled water or ice.
3. Serve chilled.
