Oats Salad

Oats and oatmeal have many health benefits. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease.


1. 2 tbsp oats
2. One chopped cucumber
3. One chopped capsicum
4. One chopped tomatoes
5. Two  tsp beans
6. One tsp lemon juice
7. Salt black pepper to taste
8. One chopped carrot
9. 2 tsp curd
10. 2 cup water


Take oats in bowl and add boiling water. Leave for 15 minutes .now mix oats with remaining salad ingredients and mix well. add curd ,salt, lemon juice .,mint, black pepper. serve with mint leaves.
