Oats Vegetable Roti

Ingredients

1. 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats flour
2. 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
3. 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
4. 1/4 cup grated carrots
5. 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
6. 3 tsp finely chopped coriander
7. 3 tsp finely chopped spinach
8. Rock Salt to tast
9. ¼ tsp ajwain
10. ¼ tsp

Directions

1. Combine the wheat flour, oats flour, onions, carrot, green chillies, coriander, salt knead into a soft dough using a little water.
2. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 20 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion round using a little wheat flour for rolling.
4. Heat a non-stick tava and cook each roti till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
5. Serve with any dip.
