Paneer Tikka with veggies

Ingredients

1. ½ cup curd / yogurt (thick)
2. ½ tsp turmeric / haldi
3. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
4. ½ tsp coriander powder / daniya powder
5. ¼ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
6. ½ tsp garam masala
7. ½ tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves (crushed)
8. ½ tsp chaat masala
9. 1 tsp ginger – garlic paste
10. ¼ tsp ajwain / carom seeds
11. 2 tsp besan / gram flour (dry roasted)
12. 1 tbsp lemon juice
13. salt to taste
14. 1 tsp mustard oil
15. 1 onions (petals)
16. 1 capsicum,Tomato (red & green, cubed)
17. 100 grams cubes paneer / cottage cheese

Directions

1. Firstly, take thick curd / yogurt. Add in all the spices along with salt. Also add 1 tsp of oil.
2. Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.
3. Add ½ onion petals, ½ cubed capsicum (red & green) and 10 cubes paneer.
4. Mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.
5. Furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. After that, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions into wooden skewers.
7. Roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor.
8. Finally, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka immediately with green Chutney.
