Paneer veggies wrap


1. 2 wheat roti
2. One chopped onion
3. One chopped tomato
4. One tbsp capsicum
5. One tbsp grated cabbage
6. 2 tbsp small paneer cubes
7. Half tsp chat masala
8. Salt to taste
9. Black pepper to taste
10. Half tsp butter
11. 2 tbsp green chutney


1. HEAT the butter in a non stick pan, add the garlic, onion and saute on a medium flame for a minute
2. Add the capsicum, tomato, cabbage and sauté on a medium flame for another 1-2 minute. Add paneer cube, salt, pepper, chat masala  and mix well and cook on a medium flame for a minute while stirring continuously.
3. Heat the non stick tawa, place a chapati on it and reheat on a high flame with little butter for few second. . Now spread green chutney on roti. Put 2 tbsp of the filling at the end of the chapatti and roll it up tightly. Serve immediately.
