Ingredients

1. 1 cup Papaya
2. ½ cup Almond Milk or low fat milk
3. 1 tsp Chia Seeds
4. May add stevia to taste.
Instructions
1. Soak Chia seeds for an hour.
2. Put Papaya and Almond Milk in a blender and blend till smooth.
3. Add Soaked Chia seeds.
4. May add stevia to taste.
5. May add chilled water or ice.
