1. Tofu (Saute), 60 gm
2. Cucumber, 30 gm
3. Carrot, 25 gm
4. Red / Yellow Bell pepper, 20 gm
5. Olives, 25 gm
6. Tomato, 50 gm
7. Lettuce Iceberg, 30 gm
8. Olive Oil, 5 gm

Directions

1. Sauté tofu, bell peppers, carrot and lettuce iceberg and tomato (Use olive oil).
2. Sprinkle black pepper powder and rock salt (optional).
3. Add olives and cucumber.
