Strawberry Margarita Drink

(Healthy Low Calorie Drink to start the Party)
A sweet and tangy blend of strawberries and ice served in a lemon rimmed glass, the Strawberry Margarita is the perfect drink to start a party with. However, make sure you serve it immediately because if the ice melts it will dilute the drink and mellow the flavors.

Ingredients

1. 1/2 cup strawberries crush
2. 3 1/2 cups crushed ice
3. 4 tbsp lemon juice
4. Stevia to taste

For The Rim of Glass

1. 1 tbsp lemon juice
2. 1 tbsp salt

Method

For the rim:

1. Dip the rim of a glass in lemon juice and then place the glass gently over a glass plate containing salt.
2. Dust of the excess salt and keep aside.

For the drink:

1. Combine the crushed ice, lemon juice, strawberry crush and blend in a blender till smooth. Add Stevia to test.
2. Pour equal quantities of the juice in each salt-rimmed glass and serve immediately.
