Stuff Paneer Roti

Ingredients

For the dough​ :

1. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2. Salt to taste

For The Stuffing​ :

1. ¼ cup finely chopped onions
2. ¼ cup chopped capsicum
3. ¼ cup finely chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
4. Salt to taste
5. ½ cup crumbled paneer
6. 1 tsp grated ginger
7. ½ tsp chilli powder
8. ½ tsp black pepper
9. Salt to taste

Directions

For the dough​ :

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead into soft dough using enough water. Keep aside. Knead again till smooth, cover with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside.
Method
Mix the entire ingredient for stuffing Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into 75 mm. (3″) diameter circles. Put one portion of the stuffing in the centre of each paratha and fold all the sides in such a way so as to form an envelope. Roll again using a little flour into a 125 mm (5”) diameter circle. Place the stuff roti on a non-stick hot tawa. Now after few minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook roti directly on medium flam till they turn golden brown. Also add some butter/ghee. Finally serve stuff roti hot.
