Tortillas wrap with Feta ‘n’ Spicy Salsa Filling

1. Whole corn flour: 30 grams
2. Quinoa flour: 40 grams
3. Red onion: 50 grams
4. Green capsicum / bell pepper: 40 grams
5. Feta cheese (Paneer) : 60 grams
6. Olive oil: 15 grams


1. Take whole corn flour, and add quinoa flour to it in equal proportion.
2. Add some water and make a dough by drizzling some extra virgin olive oil on top of it and knead the dough until you get a hard still dough.
3. Take a small bowl from the dough and roll it evenly in a circular manner on a marble table top using a rolling pin.
4. Cook the thin tortilla on a ceramic pan until it is well done and crisp. Add a few drops of olive oil to facilitate the browning process.
5. To prepare the filling, mix chopped green bell peppers, feta cheese pieces, and minced onion in a glass bowl. Add pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste.
6. Take a small portion of the stuffing and gently put it in the centre of the tortilla. Wrap the tortilla to tightly seal the feta veggie filling. Your healthy tortilla wrap is ready to go!!
