Turmeric Fat Burning Coffee

Ingredients

1. 2 cups very hot coffee
2. 1 teaspoon Cold Press Virgin Coconut oil or MCT Oil
3. 1 teaspoon grass-fed Cow butter or Ghee
4. ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
5. ¼ teaspoon turmeric
6. Dash of pink salt
7. May add Pinch of Stevie

Directions

1. Place all of the ingredients in a glass blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
2. Transfer to serving cups and serve immediately.
3. Be sure to use a glass blender for this recipe, as the heat from the coffee can cause chemicals in the plastic to leach into the beverage.
