Vegetable Mushroom Warps/ tortillas

1. ½ cup White mushrooms, thinly sliced
2. 2 wheat wraps or tortillas
3. ¼ cup chopped green onions
4. ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
5. ¼ sliced bell pepper
6. 1 large plum tomatoes, seeded, cut into thin strips
7. ½ cup baby spinach leaves
8. Rock Salt and Pepper to taste.


1. Heat ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil in pot over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender, Add remaining vegetables. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Heat large skillet over high heat. Add 1 wrap to skillet and cook until pliable, about 15 seconds per side. Place on work surface. Spoon 1/2 of mushroom mixture in strip.
4. Roll up and serve hot.
5. Repeat with remaining wrap/tortillas and filling.
