Vegetable Oats Pancake

7 Pancake


1. 1 cup oats flour
2. 1/2 cup grated carrot
3. 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
4. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
5. 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
6. Rock salt to taste
7. 3 1/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking
For Serving With Vegetable Oats Pancake Dahiwali Pudina ki Chutney or Green Chutney


1. To make vegetable oats pancakes, combine all the ingredients, along with 1 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well to form a batter of dropping consistency.
2. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using ¼ tsp oil.
3. Pour a spoonful of the batter on it and spread in a circular motion to make 100 mm. (4”) round circle.
4. Cook, using ¼ tsp oil, till it turns light brown in color from both sides.
5. Serve immediately with dahiwali phudina ki chutney or green chutney.
