Whey paneer Soup

Whey Soup is one of the primary proteins found in dairy products. A byproduct of the cheese-making process, whey protein provides substantial amounts of the essential amino acids that are needed to carry out the functions that proteins perform in the body.

Ingredients

1. 3 cups whey
2. Ā½ tsp cow Ghee
3. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
4. slit green chillies
5. Rock salt and black pepper to taste
6. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
7. 100 gram paneer (cottage cheese) cubes

Directions

1. To make whey soup, heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
2. When the seeds crackle, add the green chillies, whey, salt and pepper, mix well and bring to boil.
3. Add the paneer and coriander, mix well and simmer for 30 seconds.
4. Serve the whey soup hot.
